This week as we continue through the SAP Business One 15 Minute Fundamentals Series, we start to delve into the Sales Module.
Around 60-70% of SAP Business One customers come from a wholesale or distribution background where they buy stock and sell a product. This makes the Sales Module and functionality a very popular part of the SAP Business One solution.
“You have to learn to crawl before you can walk and before you can run.”
What can I expect to see in the Sales Module Part 1 video?
Using SAP Business One Version 9.3, Richard explores the basics of utilising the sales order management process. You can make the process as simple or as complex as you want.
More specifically, you can expect to see the following:
- How to access the Sales Quotation from the Sales Module
- How to maximise and minimise screens
- The difference between an item transaction and service traction
- How to change between an item and service transaction in a Sales Quotation
- The many functionalities of the right click
- How to edit the Form settings
- How to edit the contents table columns and rows
- How to better use the Look Up function
- How to edit the Look Up settings
- How to find and use the Last Prices Report
- How to view your warehouses and the stock available in each
The video ends quite suddenly but if you are watching from the SAP Business One 15 Minute Fundamentals Playlist, it will continue straight into the Sales Module Part 2 video.
